Begin by relaxing your body, getting comfortable, with your feet on the floor. Close your eyes. Breathing naturally, rhythmically. Breath in, breathe out.

The center of Mother Earth is liquid form, golden in color, and this golden liquid form flows up from the center of the Earth, up to the surface, flowing into the bottom of your feet, up your shins and calves, up your thighs to your hips and gently water falling off across your hips, back to the ground, back to the center of Mother Earth. This is the cycle of form: liquid and palatable, taking physical form, then returning again back to fluid form to be re-birthed yet again.

Just let this cycle flow, grounding you to the beauty of form in Mother Earth. Breathe as this flow continues through us in motion allowing anything that no longer supports the Truth of who and what you are, to be carried away by this flow, to be cleansed and purified by Mother Earth. Breathe in the Truth that you are perfect just as you are, whole right in this moment and complete in the eyes of God. You are unconditional love, you are compassion, and you are joy. You are all that God is.

Now it is time to connect this liquid form with Spirit, the creative field of infinite potentiality and possibilities. Out beyond the stars is a place, a creative space where atoms, protons, neutrons, and quarks reside. You can hear the crackle/pop of attraction and repulsion; a space where stars are born, where suns are set afire, where galaxies are birthed. Now connect with this field of infinite potentiality and possibilities by a small purple stream connecting to the top of your head, flowing down your spine to its base, where it mixes with an equal amount of the golden liquid form. They gently roll, tumble, and swirl together. This combined stream of form and creativity flows from the base of the spine to the groin area, flows up past the solar plexus, past the heart where it is embraced in love, flows up to the throat and two smaller streams flow across your shoulders, down your upper arms, down your fore-arms and out through your hands. Your hands represent the hands of creation. The flow continues from the throat up to the head and out the center of your forehead, also known as the third eye. With each breath in, begin at the groin area, moving with this creative flow to carry an idea or image up to and through the third eye. As you release this energy out the third eye, visualize the sound OMMMMM, which is the name of God. With this process you are birthing the idea or image into God consciousness. Continue to breath and birth your desire, which is sired by God, into form for the next 10-minutes.

Pause for 10-minutes.

Now just breathe, allowing ideas, feelings, pictures, tastes, and smells to present themselves to you. At this time you can either use your visioning questions or just allow the creative flow to take place.

Vision questions:

• What is the highest expression of ___________________.
• What does it look like, feel like, smell like, taste like, or sound like?
• What do I need to become more of to allow this greater expression to be birthed?
• What do I need to give up to allow this greater expression to be birthed?
• Is there anything else I need to know?

Take approx. 10-minutes to ask these questions.

Now we bring this connection to a close, becoming aware of the chair that supports you, your feet on the floor, and the room around you. When you are ready, gently, slowly open your eyes and journal any insights or creativity that was presented to you.
